Wow ! you will love this 1700 pc house, (3400 in total)  it has 5 bedrooms, or  you can choose to have a nice one bedroom appartment downtairs with a independant backdoor . Even with an appartment you will still have a very large living room downstair.

 Very large storage space, large laundry room in main floor, 2 complete bathrooms ,with hydro massage bath tub ( main floor), mosaïc ceramic.

It is at 2 min from a school, kindergarden, gaz station, library, Clsc, Mont -Cascade etc... very quiet and has a very nice backyard with a lot of mature trees. One visit and you will fall in love !!!!!!!!
