The kitchen has a central island and cabinets up to the ceiling. Full bathroom with ceramic/glass shower and separate bath. Large basement with lots of possibilities.

Beautiful wooded and private lot with a swimming pool and fire pit. Quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac, with an entrance/parking that can accommodate up to 8 cars. Private and notarized access to two lakes, one stocked with trout and the other for swimming with a beach (for residents only).
