Beautiful waterfront 2 story cottage/house on the majestic Lac Gagnon. High quality construction and finishes with lots of windows for panoramic views of the lake and surrounding woods. 

Main floor open concept with plenty of space for the whole family:  living room, dining room, kitchen, family room with wood fireplace and a large patio door of 12 feet.  The main floor is all cherry hardwood and ceramic tile.  There is also a powder room/laundry room on the main floor.  Large 50 feet balcony, with pergola, along the frontage of the house with beautiful sunset views of the lake.

On the 2nd floor: 3+ bedrooms and a bathroom.  The master bedroom has its own patio door and balcony. Bathroom has separate tub and shower. All floors are rustic maple hardwood except for bathroom with ceramic tile flooring.
