Beautiful 4 seasons cottage in Duhamel, Quebec. Neighbor to the Papineau-Labelle Park on the shores of the vast 13.4 kilometers of Gagnon Lake (navigable) of crystal clear water. A superb location to unwind near the fireplace or spend a fun or relaxing time outside. You will experience incredible sunrise and sunsets over the mountain across the lake. Whether it's summer water sports or winter activities, the area has plenty to offer. Hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing are all a stone's throw away, ATV and snowmobile trails are also accessible near the property.
This exceptional country home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located on a fully landscaped lot respecting all environmental standards. The exterior is made with one-inch thick rough white pine siding giving the place its unique and lasting country-side look. The sidewalks, stairs, and balconies are all made of natural long-lasting red cedar.
