Basement completely renovated with a family room, laundry room, and furnace room(newly installed in 2020). Large fenced backyard with shed. Newly installed windows and a new roof in 2020. Bike path and boat docking, 1 corner away. 5 minutes away from Aylmer and also to Ottawa by Champlain bridge. Excluding appliances except for the dishwasher.
