Located along the shores of the Ottawa river, directly in front of the Deschênes rapids, this bright condo offers you a place to live in a tranquil setting in the middle of nature.

The condo is part of a 6-unit building which was the first building within greater Gatineau to receive the LEED Silver / Novoclimat certification in 2010.

The building is only 8 minutes and 2 traffic lights away from the Champlain bridge. At your doorstep you will find a multi-use path for cycling, running, walking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing, all along the Ottawa river. The location close to the Rapids is also a great spot for bird lovers. And although the building is close to the Ottawa river, it has never flooded!
