Upscale Luxury Condo for Sale in Plateau

Currently rented for $1250 per month, not including hydro.  In 8 years of ownership, I have always had a tenant, very sought after area.  

This condo features 1250 sq feet of living space, 9' ceilings and an open concept floor plan.
