2 parking lots, one of which is directly behind the condo and the exterior socket to accommodate an electric car.
The condo has 2 bedrooms and the office. A large balcony allows you to fully enjoy the beautiful days. There is easily room for a barbecue, a 2-seater loveseat with table and 2 other armchairs. An outdoor shed provides additional storage.
Instantaneous water heater for rent at Gazifère. The air conditioning unit has been changed for a more efficient one that can be used year-round for air conditioning and heating, so minimal use of electric baseboards. The stove hood has also been changed for a more efficient and less noisy one.
The condo is very well administered according to the new laws governing condos.
