Lovely duplex (side by side) in excellent condition with possibility of parental appartment with a private entrance at the basement.Garage built in 2004 (24x22 insulated) and washroom of the main floor was completely renovated in August 2008. 11,332 square feet, many windows in PVC and no carpet. Roof was renovated in 2004, exterior siding of the house and insulation in 2005.
