Very nice property turnkey, NON SMOKING only one owner , NON SMOKING and very well maintained, located in a residential area, very quiet 1000 feet from a childcare center, near the largest off-leash dog park in town, tennis court, soccer field, cycle path, marina and wading pool for children.

Built in 2003 by Chartro (award-winning builder), Ricasoli model, with a lot of extras to add: hardwood and ceramic throughout, french doors to the master bedroom and to the home theater (spun in 5.1 and 7.1) which is covered with it carpet. Gas fireplace in the living room with hardwood fireplace mantel.

Main bathroom 5 devices including heated therapeutic bath and bidet.

Smart house spun in all rooms with 2 telephone lines, 2 coaxial lines and lines for sound system.

Connected to a security service.

Very spacious kitchen with many cupboards (lots of storage space). Double sink with waste disposal.

In recent years, the roof has been redone with a new air intake, the air conditioning changed, the patio door replaced, the windows have almost all been changed or renovated, minor renovations have been made to the kitchen (fitted with the gas), in the main bathroom and the toilet in the wet room. A mini salting crack has been professionally repaired.

This winter the floors and stairs were completely sanded and refinished.

Extremely quiet area with wonderful neighbors all around, the yard is fenced, repairs have also been made.

Electric outlet for electric car and network outlet to connect a generator. Note that the water heater and the furnace are rented from the gas company.

12x24 carport, 12x10 gazebo and 8X12 greenhouse are optional.
