This superb one-storey condo is clean, modern, well-appointed and located in the Gatineau sector.  This open-concept condo is located on the 6th floor and has a spectacular panoramic view of the Gatineau hills to Mont Cascades ski resort, as well as the City of Ottawa, with Parliament Hill visible from the balcony.  Perfect to view sunsets, the National Capital Region skyline and Canada Day fireworks.

The building is centrally located with access to shopping, schools, golf, CLSC, and Gatineau hospital, park, 5 minutes from Rapibus public transportation, Casino du Lac Leamy, close to Highway 50 and bike paths.

This unit is located on the top floor: the best corner unit in the building with an unobstructed view. The unit and building are very quiet and accessible by elevators or stair access.

The condo has 9-foot ceilings, a large kitchen with thermoplastic white cabinets with exceptional storage space and black granite countertop island.
