Nice duplex that was completely renovated professionally in 2012, including the roof.  It is a 10-minute drive from the Promenade de l'Outaouais Mall and 15 minutes from Parliament Hill.

On the main floor are a large kitchen and three bedrooms. Each apartment bathroom is equipped with a laundry area.

The basement apartment is an open concept with a large living room and 2 bedrooms.  The exterior entrance is covered with enough space to put a BBQ.

Large backyard with a big deck and a double shed for both apartments.   

This duplex is worth a visit.
