Very functional 2-story house with lots of storage including 3 large bedrooms upstairs with very large closet plus a bedroom in the basement with very large closet, a super practical exterior exit door from the basement, central vacuum, central air conditioning. Electric water heater replaced in 2016. Two completely renovated bathrooms, laundry chute on the 2nd floor directly in the laundry room on the ground floor, above ground pool with large cedar balcony. The roof was redone in 2016.
