Two floor home with open concept on the main floor that has the kitchen, living room, dining room and lounge/breakfast area that can be used according to your needs, there is an addition built at the entrance with mudroom and closet. On the main floor, there is a patio door leading to the deck 12 x 12 feet with its own fence and gate. On the side where the mudroom is there is a second large deck.

On the main floor, there are 3 ceiling fans. 

The house is very well insulated, bright, windows facing west and on the side to the north.  

The yard is landscaped, three fruit trees (apple, pear and plum) lots of flowers, fully fenced with an entrance gate, and a double gate that can open.

There are two sheds.

Two parking space is included in the driveway. 

Windows are updated PVC, crown molding everywhere on the main floor.

Kitchen is updated with a hood range microwave and dishwasher.

Flooring is newly done 2 years ago, dark floating floor in the living and dining room and ceramic at the entrance landing, at the patio door and in the kitchen and lounge area. No carpet in the house.

Going down the stairs there are two rails on both sides, one for adults and the other ones for children. 

Downstairs flooring done two years ago, landing and laundry room have mold and water resistance floor covering, the two bedrooms the matching dark floating floor as upstairs. Windows all updated PVC windows. Hot water tank changed in 2018. Electric panel updated.

Laundry room is big, one side the appliances and the other side the library. 

Under the stairs, there is a storage area.

The Hydro is about $110 on average a month, this includes electricity, water and heating. In the summer we use portable air-condition on the main floor.
