Triplex well maintained over the years. Apartment #3 consists of a 5 1/2 (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen), rented with garage, 2 outdoor parking space and private backyard. Apartment #2 located in the basement, consists of a 1 1/2 (bachelor) open air, renovated a few years ago. Apartment #1, located in the basement, consist of a 2 1/2 (1 bedroom, a bathroom, joint kitchen/living room). Laundry room shared amongst the 3 units with storage space.
