Superb house located in the highly sought-after area of Val-Tréteau in Hull and the University of Quebec in Outaouais (UQO). It is a short walk from Gatineau Park and its hiking and cycling trails and a few minutes' walk from the beach and the recreational activities of Parc Moussette.
Bélisle Street is quiet (a dead end) and is located two corners of Boulevard Taché, facilitating public transportation to downtown Ottawa and Gatineau located 15 minutes from the house.
The backyard is totally private with a cedar hedge and fence and beautiful mature trees. A stone path connects paving stone spaces with a garden pavilion (gazebo).
The residence has four (4) bedrooms and is very bright with large windows as well as hardwood and ceramic floors and lots of storage space.
