Beautiful condo with 3 large bedrooms, bathroom with large corner bath and separate shower. Open concept patio door giving access to a large patio and a view of the woodland (no neighbors). Very cool during the summer. A lot of
brightness. Electric fireplace in the living room. All appliances included.

An ideal place for people who love privacy because there are no neighbors
behind and there is a great common ground for the different activities.

Close to all services and only a few minutes walk from Gatineau Park, bike
trails, children's parks, shops, elementary schools, etc.
