  • The building is very well maintained both inside and outside.  Luxurious entrance hall to relax in front of the fireplace. 
  • Private 24 ft. terrace facing the Ottawa river, IKEA Rennen tiles installed on the entire surface.
  • Beautiful landscaping surrounds the building. 
  • 9 ft ceilings.
  • The unit has been upgraded a few months ago, the entire unit has been freshly painted, new kitchen and bathroom countertops, sinks and faucets replaced, new flooring installed, electric fixtures replaced, new LG dishwasher and microwave oven, a new modern entrance closet door has been installed and the fireplace mantel has been upgraded. 
  • The dining room opens to the living room with its gas fireplace and two very large windows. 
  • Large walk-in closets in both bedrooms.
