With an open concept, gas fireplace in the living room, and an office space. You also have an outdoor parking space, in a quiet residential area in Hull. A beautiful condo with 9-foot ceilings, and very large windows. With a northeast orientation, you will have beautiful light all day, and a panoramic view of Gatineau Park. The condo offers a large bathroom, a separate laundry room, a large living room, and a large balcony. The condo is very well soundproofed, we never hear the neighbors.
