ULTRA FAST POSSESSION TAKING!

Beautiful large condo of 1200 square feet, located at the top of the building, on the 1st floor. There are windows on the 3 sides, so there is a lot of natural light (very clear). There is a balcony with a patio door. Fully renovated kitchen.

The warmth of the condos underneath help maintain a comfortable temperature, especially during our difficult winters. Similarly, the condo is very well isolated. There is a wood fireplace.

The condo is an open concept. It's perfect for a young couple, a single person or even a retiree. There are 3 bedrooms with large wardrobes (lots of storage space).

It is located minutes away from a high school and elementary school, as well as a daycare center. There are also water games for children, a bike path, a convenience store that is open 24h (gas station). There is a grocery store nearby.

You are always in the opposite direction of traffic, that is to say, there is no traffic congestion.

The condo is 11km from Camp Fortune and then 6km from the famous Nordik spa in Chelsea. Good choice of restaurants around.

Included 2 notarized parking (no headaches during the winter).

Everything is functional. The hot water tank was changed on October 16, 2013.
