Great 2 bedroom condo with excellent location having a combination of bonus attributes which makes it unique among all the others here:
On top of all that this condo is close to everything. Within less than a 10 drive, you have multiple superstores of every type plus restaurants/bars, gyms, a movie theater as well as both downtown Gatineau and Ottawa.
No car? The bus stop is a 2 minutes walk away where during peak hours 4 different bus routes go by in each direction.
Let's not forget the walking/hiking trails in nearby Gatineau Park and biking paths along the Ottawa River.
This unit is in need of some renovations and priced to sell as such.
