Quiet neighborhood in a prime location next to Gatineau Park, grocery stores, restaurant, movie theatre, bike path, university, and CEGEP nearby as well as the bus line passing in front of the condo. Modern open concept condo in the Plateau area with a master bedroom with a large walk-in closet in the bedroom. There are lots of kitchen cabinets with a quartz counter.  I had an interior decorator design the whole decor in the condo.  The condo has laminate flooring throughout. There's a washer/dryer plug in the unit. The condo is on the ground floor condo with large windows. There's an outdoor parking space included also, a large shed for storing your sporting equipment. Blinds and curtains are included. Private lounging terrace outside. The condo fees are 97$/month

You have the option to buy a condo as is with all furniture (bed, sofa, table, television, etc), washer/dryer and stainless steel appliances for an additional small fee.
