Located within a 10-minute drive to dog parks and the Aylmer marina. Easy access to parks in the neighborhood, within walking distance. The closest park is located right behind the property (one minute walk around the block), on rue du Shamal. This park is fully loaded with a basketball court, water park, playground, sledding hill during the winter and a large field for families and pets to safely play outside and picnic. It's a wonderful place to raise a family, as it's a family-oriented and pet-friendly neighbourhood.
