Duplex for sale at a price of $365 000. The duplex contains two apartments, and both dwellings are two bedroom apartments (4 1/2).
The Bottom Unit
The bottom unit is very spacious, with high ceilings and large windows, lots of natural light flows into the unit. There is beautiful hardwood and ceramic tiling through the unit. The bathroom comes with a whirlpool bathtub and the kitchen has a large island for extra counter space. Attached is a large deck that was newly constructed last summer and a big yard.
This unit is currently rented at 1050/mth +utilities with a long term tenant that does not wish to move.
The Top Unit
The top unit was fully renovated in 2019 with a new kitchen and bathroom. New laminate flooring was placed down throughout the unit with sound reducing sub flooring (IIC 70 / STC 66 ).
