Very nice renovated duplex located in the old Hull. Many renovations were done in 2015 including:

  • the electricity of the building (2 separate meters)
  • plumbing
  • the 2 complete kitchens (cupboards, floor, plumbing)
  • the 2 full bathrooms (vanity, bath/shower, ceramic tiles)


The duplex has a 1-bedroom unit, rented $745/month, and a 2-bedroom unit, rented $835/month. Hydro not included. Lots of parking space and a separate garage in the back.

Professional evaluation of the building done in September 2020 establishing the value at $337,000.
