Beautiful renovated 2 apartment building, situated a few minutes from the bridges to Ottawa and offering many commodities around.
Over the last 2 years, the exterior was completely redone, adding insulation, news top of the line windows and doors, an acrylic finished and fiberglass balconies with aluminum railing and stairs. The crawl space is fully insulated with urethane and the main drainage pipe completely replaced. Everything is done by licensed contractors.
The main floor is rented at 750$ per month, utilities not included.
The second floor has a nice cathedral ceiling and is rented at 775$ per month without utilities, appliances included.
