Single-family home with landscaping at the front and back of the house. Paved parking for two cars.
Large living room with natural gas fireplace. Water closet with washer and dryer on the main floor. The kitchen and dining room are very bright.
Family-training room in the basement with a possibility of a 4th bedroom. Nice storage space with a cedar closet.
Cathedral ceiling in the primary bedroom with a walk-in closet. Access to the main bathroom by the main bedroom.
Included: natural gas BBQ, curtains, and fixed lights.
Central air (A/C) installed in 2021 - still under warranty and transferable.
At the end of the street you have access to the Gatineau Park, playground with water features within 5 minutes walk and buses nearby.
