Beautiful open concept townhouse 2+1 BDRMs, very well maintained, south facing so lots of light. The backyard is paved, intimate, and well landscaped with beautiful perennials on its sides, lilacs, and a very nice rosebush. Huge bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, one with a beautiful gas fireplace, finished basement, large garage with lots of storage.
Prime location on a dead-end street with no rear neighbors in the Manoir des Trembles neighborhood with pool, soccer field, tennis, basketball, skating rink, beautiful park, overlooking Gatineau Park with bike trails all around!
