Superb TRIPLEX very well maintained. With multiple renovations since 2016.  Prime location, and quiet area. A few steps from a primary and secondary school. 5 minutes from the highway, Boulevard des Allumetières, Rapibus, and Hull hospital. Close to downtown Hull and Ottawa.

2 apartments with 3 bedrooms, 1 apartment with 2 bedrooms, and 1 storage space for the owner use or for renting. 

All apartments are rented with leases until 2021, utilities not included, no pets and non-smoking.  Good tenants; no issues with the monthly rent.
