This is a triplex that has 3 fully rented apartments. The lot is almost 40 feet by 125 feet. It is located near many amenities, within walking distance of the shopping mall, casino, and hospital. There are 3 parking spots available in front of the property.
The main floor and the basement apartments are both 2 bedrooms apartments with their own laundry hook-ups, kitchens, dining rooms, and full bathrooms. Many windows throughout both apartments. The main floor apartment is heated by central natural gas heat.
The apartment in the basement has its own private entrance. The apartment has electrical heaters throughout. There is also an air exchanger in the basement.
The top-floor apartment is a one-bedroom apartment with its own bathroom (shower/bathtub combo), it has laundry onsite, bedroom, lounge, dining room, and kitchen. It is heated with a central natural gas heating system. It has a brand new electrical breaker panel.
