Only one owner since construction. Well maintained. The accommodation is very easy to rent. The soundproofing between the two twin triplex is total. Chaque logement a son foyer au gaz naturel au salon.
Plusieurs nouveaux luminaires.
Deux chauffe-eau ont été remplacés en janvier 2019 et le troisième en décembre 2019.
Toutes les toilettes ont été remplacées en 2017-2018.
La toiture a été refaite en 2014.
De nouvelles portes-patio, aux balcons arrière, ont été installées à chaque logement en 2019.
