Several improvements since the purchase in 2018; replacement and demisting of Thermos (2018), installation of a dual-zone wall-mounted heat pump (2018), complete replacement of the kitchen and kitchen and dining room floor covering (2019), replacement of the water heater (2021), new patio in treated wood (2020).
