Absolutely nothing to be done in these appartments! All electric heating.

Both appartments have been completely renovated, including all electrical and plumbing.

Main floor appartment

2 very spacious bedrooms, approx. 12x13, one with ceramic tiles and the other laminate. Window sizes 4x3.

Bathroom approx. 7x7, has bathtub and shower with a very unique glass back splash, with modern elegant callalily lighting on dimmer switchs for those nights we need to relax and unwind. Window size 3x11/2.

Large spacious kitchen appox. 13x13, with black wood cabinets, corner cabinet with aldutch glass doors and inner private lighting. Modern, unique pattern ceramic tiles.

Living room approx.15x13, 4x8 window for lots of natural lighting, walnut hardwood floor, wall sconces.

Ovesized front entrance approx. 7x7, lots of natural light with doublesize closet, has also been used for computer room. Floor has ceramic tiles 16x16 tiles
