ORIGINAL OWNER of the semi-detached built in 1991. Very well kept over the years. The basement is completely finished with the possibility of parent housing. There are 2 large bedrooms on the 2nd level; (masters bedroom 14'X14' with big walk-in), other (10.5'X19.5') and another big one in the basement (13'X13').
