Magnificent piece of land of over 130 acres in the Gatineau Valley. Perfect for family, hunter, fisherman and to enjoy being in nature. Peaceful, easily accessible by main roads, in proximity of many lakes, of dépanneurs and the city of Gracefield, and without neighbors close by, this property is fully equipped with everything needed to enjoy and relax. You will even find an abundance of wild raspberries and blackberries!

The majority of the property is forested and we have carved out many trails for ATV's or for walks and snowshoeing. While the land is mountainous in some areas, there is also a field of hay of about 5 acres as well as a private sandpit (not accessible by the public). Wonderful grounds for hunting (deer, wild turkey, bear) or to enjoy wildlife. Not being located directly on the water, we installed an above ground pool (saltwater and heated), our "lake", and an exterior shower (hot and cold water).


The cabin is built on stilts and is insulated for year-round enjoyment. Entirely finished with local pine (mill in Kazabazua), it has 2 bedrooms; one with built-in bunk beds. It also has a wood stove, wood kitchen cabinets and counters (pine and maple), has a propane stove (with 420lbs reservoir), electricity, an automatic Generac generator, security cameras, internet via satellite, a phone line (Bell), etc. 

The water comes from a surface well (never ran out of water). The leaching field was done in 2012 and can accommodate a residence with 3 bedrooms (in the event that the cabin was extended).

Behind the cabin is a storage room that houses the mechanical and electrical equipment (pump, water heater, electrical panels) as well as a washer and dryer.

We bought the property in 2010 and have developed it over the years, for the pleasure of it. The buildings were built in various phases and include:

- the main cabin 24' x 30',

- the barn 34' x 40',

- the wood shed 11' x 67',

- many deer tree stands (mountain, field, swamp)

- exterior shower (hot and cold water)

- large terrace with pool (saltwater, heated)


Many of the equipment, tools, furniture, and accessories could be sold with the property (additional costs to be discussed).

The land is bordered by Crown lands at the North, by a municipal lot at the West, by the Chemin du Poisson-Blanc at the East and the nearest neighbor is 600 meters to the South. A private road allows access to the field of the private sandpit.

We have loved the years spent on this wonderful countryside property. The time has now come to change our way of life and to allow others to enjoy this amazing territory.
