Your dream is to establish yourself in region of Tremblant in the Laurentians to enjoy the slopes of skiing and to do water sports. I propose our property located in the geographic area of the Outaouais but only 25 minutes from Tremblant.

In 2001, we were looking for a country house near Tremblant for recreational activities and services. We were seduced by the location of the property and its private beach wich occupied much of the bay, its flat terrain and mature trees.

Since then, a new house has been erected in 2008. Mr. Jacques H O'Keefe, architect, was the masterpiece of our house. The collection of the house and the soffits are the signature of an architect. They provide freshness during the summer and increase the heat during the winter period.

All cabinets plans were designed with a close collaboration of the Atelier du Meuble Rustique in Papineauville.

The walk-in of the master bedroom was done in the same spirit with the contractor Bertrand et Bujold from Saint-Rémi

The nautical activities require a building to store boat, kayak, pedalboat, canoe, etc. A44 foot cedar garage and its workbench awaits you.

A second 24 foot cedar garage with a extension contribue to additional storage.

The pavilion,its cedar platform as well as the fountain will be included in the transaction.

Water drinking is asset with its surface well.
