Located at the right place on the lake and facing North, the cottage shows to all how beautiful and unique it is!!!! Location, location, location. Private dead-end and available all year long, the road is well maintained and in good condition. Beautiful waterfront and nice sand layout. Comes with the cottage a large garage with a lot of potential. Property has not been occupied for the last three years and therefore it needs a little bit of loving care. No rush though. I never had in 20 years to call for maintenance or repairs.
