liquidation testate estate sells the cottage four season, with garage there is renovation to finish, needs a new well. my dad did a lot of renorvation but did not finish

Cottage on the edge of the Ottawa River, 4 seasons, road open year-round,

Over 130 feet on the Ottawa River and flat terrain. 2 bedrooms, large kitchen and large open concept living room with wood stove. water is fed by a sand point 

At the start  cottage was sitting on cement blocks and the size was 23.5x 30.6.

2004 renovation lift the cottage, footing width of 30'' thickness 8'' after built the wall with cement block foundation the basement floor insolation of 2'' SM and 4'' of concrete, adding a section 30.6 X 20 8 total area after enlargement 30'6'' X 44'

20% of the hardwood flooring, ceramic floor bathroom, kitchen.

2014 septic tank installations and drainage field

2015 installations of a new bathroom and roof
