Chalet-cottage year-round occupancy or country house, with a large 40 acre wooded lot. A warm, heavenly spot where you reconnect with nature. Located in Namur, in the magnificent region of the Petite-Nation in the Outaouais. Only 1h from Ottawa and 1h30 from Montreal.
A beautiful forest with snowshoeing trails and ATV. For hunting (3 caches in the forest), or simply for outdoor lovers. The forest is full of treasures to be discovered. At the far end of the property, a huge beaver lake. The zoning of the land is mixed, so no restrictions for your future projects.
