Very nice Bungalow that received a lot of love and renovations with great taste. A large open concept and a family room of 454 square feet, and all this in a quiet neighborhood.
Nice landscape of 6300 square feet with the entrance in asphalt. Cedar for privacy, a backyard large enough for your pool and, a very convenient interlock patio nearby.
Renovations: doors/windows 2009, cooked 2013, roofing 2015, bathroom 2018, basement 2019.
As well you will have access to highway 50 in (6min.). and many services including; Schools, arena, pools, tennis court, Medical center, Drug store, a grocery store, dentist, and Desjardins financial institution. Also, a National park with a walking path or cycling path is available which is on the Ottawa river.
