This home has 162 Feet of frontage on Dam Lake, a deep, clean lake connected to Grand Lake. (8 km from Perkins, QC). The lot (just under 2 acres) is partially forested and has flat open areas suitable for games or gardening. It is a peaceful setting, offering good fishing, swimming and boating.
About 38 km. from Ottawa, this home is a bungalow, set into the hillside with a panoramic view of Dam Lake. It has 4 bedrooms (2 up, 2 down) and 2 bathrooms. The lower level is at grade with lots of windows and a walk-out to a large screened-in porch, and lower deck. The upper level has sliding doors from the dining room to a large upper deck. Stairways or alternately a forest path, lead to the lakeshore and another deck just above lake level.
