At less than 10 minutes away from Gatineau, this lovely 2 story house has a living space area of 1735 sq2 and is located in a peaceful and high demand neighborhood. Constructed in 2002, it features 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 shower room, and 1 bathroom on the main floor. The laundry room is also located on the second level. Open area concept on the main floor with a beautiful woodburning fireplace. Central air conditioning. Cold storage room in addition to the electric furnace and central vacuum room is obviously located in the basement, although they're not shown in the pictures. Integrated garage features a remote garage door opener and lots of storage space all around. 200 amps electrical panel.
Very big detached garage features a 24 x 28 ft floor area with 12ft ceiling. Heavy-duty industrial H-beam can be used to support all kind of things. In reality, this garage used to be a professional welding shop. It has a 100 amps electrical panel on its own. Many 240 and 120 volts electrical outlets for all your needs. The generous lighting consists of 24 neon tubes. The bottom of all the walls is fire-proof. A ventilation system is in place to evacuate welding fumes, smoke, car exhaust, etc. Installed is a huge Garaga 10 ft high by 12 ft wide garage door.
