No possibility of a nearby neighbor in the back. Small piece of protected land in the South East corner of the lot (1/15~). A septic test has been completed and approved. 5 minutes to a public beach and just 30 minutes from Ottawa, 19 minutes to the Alonzo bridge, and 15 minutes to Wakefield.
