A very beautiful, forested 2.1-acre lot with convenient access to the 307 (where the speed has been reduced to 50 km an hour) and existing hydro. The lot is perfectly shaped to allow for complete privacy and low highway noise. Many good and easy building site options. The front half of the lot is flat and dry and the back half is hilly. No possibility of a nearby neighbor in the back. Small piece of protected land in the South East corner of the lot (1/15~). A septic test has been completed and approved. 5 minutes to a public beach and just 30 minutes from Ottawa, 19 minutes to the Alonzo bridge, and 15 minutes to Wakefield.
