Just 35 minutes from downtown Ottawa when traffic is light, this cozy West Coast red cedar bungalow is situated on a beautiful, wooded one-acre lot with more than three hundred feet of waterfront on lovely Lac Rheaume. The floor to ceiling front windows looks onto a four hundred square foot deck that overlooks the lake. A fully screened porch on the West side of the house provides the opportunity for sheltered outdoor living during three seasons of the year.
