30 MINutes from Quebec City! LAKEBOARD SERGENT,150 FEET FACHARD ON THE LAKE ,UNDER THE EVALUATION !!! Very easy to make a 3rd bedroom!

2408, chemin du Tour-du-Lac Sud... this is the address of the sweetest memories of our childhood...

Even today when I visit Mom, I have a big heart when I see this large terrain and its pink, red, brighter sunsets.

The time has come for another family to settle there, it's too big for Mom too far for me. But for you it's only 30 minutes from downtown Québec! Maybe you could make it your principal residence?

When my parents decided to build a new house it was very clear, they wanted large common areas, high ceilings, preserve the light and a complete view of the lake. So you'll have plenty of room to build new divisions. So in less than a few hours you can build one more bedroom !

My mother's favorite room is her big canopy. I'll never know if my father was the strongest, but I can confirm that my father's garage is the biggest ! You will be able to house your workbench, your tools, your motorcycles, your ski-doos, your watercraft, your sailboat and there will still be room for a giant motorized!

As if that wasn't enough, Dad obviously built another garage attached to the house to put his car there. Over the years mom ended up winning the game and turned the use of this garage into a veranda. Ceramic floor, garage doors in mosquito net it was a great idea! How many evenings we spent there supper and playing billiards, with the view of the lake sheltered from mosquitoes.

I remember the hikes on the railroad just behind our chalet today transformed into an incredible bike path for hundreds of kilometres in the nature of Portneuf. I also remember all his summers spent on this navigable lake with our green boat, picnics on the big rock from which we jumped into the lake and miraculous peaches at the Maskinagé of my brother Michel .

Boat, floating dock, windsurfing, pedal boats, canoeing, kayaking, water skiing were our toys of the past. Today, the private boat descent (yes! yes! a private descent on the ground) will allow you to put your watercraft and your boat in the water.

I also remember my summers spent at the Nautical Club on the other side of the lake. It still exists today. I liked it so much that I didn't even realize that I was enrolled in a day camp.:) This is surely where my passion for sport developed.

In winter, I remember my mother had an incredible technique to wrap our scarf around our beanbag to protect us from the cold. Well wrapped up, my brothers, my sisters and I slipped with our red miniskis from the top of the railway to the lake. Ehhhhhhhh!

We used to go with Dad on a snowmobile, we stayed caught in the trails, we would come back with red cheeks and frozen feet, if the Hotshots could have existed in that time! Even today, snowmobile trails can be reached in less than two minutes!

I remember every winter, we couldn't wait for Dad to scratch the snow on the lake to make us a huge ice rink. With my sisters, Chantal and Sylvie, we were going around in circles and thinking about the Olympics with our white skates with red laces ! You'll see... your kids will have the largest ice rink in the world!

This childhood in 2408 was so beautiful that my brothers Denis and Michel bought the houses of the neighbors. Which means you'll have the best neighbors in the world. Always convenient to have resourceful neighbors and mechanics by extra !

I remember my father's india wheat peelers from spaghetti suppers in my mother's veranda . Boat rides with my brothers and sisters. Croquet and darts tournaments. Campfires and marshmallows. The crunch of the wharf beneath our steps when we were running at high speed to dive into the lake and... splinters alas!

So is life daddy left us, it's been four years, we're moving forward and now we're ready to let another family create memories.

As Mama is now in a smaller condo you will inherit a Jenn-air stove, a central vacuum, air conditioning, a two-door refrigerator, a dishwasher. You will have a life to create memories and you can enjoy them for a long time since this property is wonderfully well appointed for your old days when your mobility is reduced.

There is life and joy waiting for you at 2408 chemin de Tour-du-Lac Sud... make your offer!
