Beautiful bright condo where living is easy. Excellent neighbors. Large, peaceful, and private 12' x 12' balcony, faces the sun all day. Nice room divisions, closed laundry room, bathroom including separate bath and shower, air exchanger, and central vac.

Splendid three-faced propane fireplace. Can also be used for heating.
