Owners’ comments
Magnificent century-old house with a rustic cachet, completely renovated, located on a dead-end street on the banks of the Ste-Anne River. All the renovations were done while respecting the heritage architecture and the cachet of an ancestral house. The metal roof with pinched joints (2016), the original hardwood floors and the old-fashioned kitchen are only a few examples of the work done with care and thoroughness. The large rear lot, with mature trees, offers plenty of privacy. The house has two rear balconies, in addition to those at the front.
Located in the peaceful village of St-Casimir, between Quebec City and Trois-Rivières, it is easily accessible within a few minutes of highway 40. Appliances are included, possibility of selling furnished as well.
