On a magnificent and charming site, this unique chalet is situated on an island with all services, in 45 minutes drive from Quebec.
Located directly by the lake with exceptional views on the lake. Southwest orientation, beautiful period of sunshine with magnificent sunsets. Gallery on two sides to diner outside even in case of rain. This chalet is ideal for peace of mind, bathing, motorized water sports, canoe, kayak, fishing, biking and walking around the lake or simply to relax at the water's edge on the dock, in the kiosk, in the spa (surrounded with trees and with a view to the lake) or for an even the evening around the fire.
The motto of the cottage is From hammock to hammock! You can relax in a hammock at the waterfront kiosk, on the gallery or in the forest
The kiosk, the two docks and the boatshed are precious acquired rights to the lake. Possibility of putting a seaplane near the dock.

By paying your dues from the owners association of Lac Sept-Îles, you have access to the boating club, tennis courts and other services such as gas, visitor parking, library, etc. Every two weeks in the summer, Happy Hour with supper. At Camp Portneuf, there are summer inflatable games on water and other water sports. Winter at the lake: snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, skating (13km rink that circles the lake) and snowmobiling.
Lac Sept-Îles is 45 minutes drive from Quebec City, 15 minutes from Ste-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier and 5 minutes from St-Raymond where all the services are available (hospital, SAQ, supermarkets, restaurants, shops of all kinds) and close to attractions: bike paths, Bras du Nord Valley, Duchesnay Forest Centre with relaxing spa, walking trails, tree by trees, etc.
