Owners’ comments
Magnificent 1 100 square foot condominium with view of the St-Lawrence river, all included. Very well lit and located in a quite neighborhood. Only one other owner on the ground floor.
Large 10 x 10 square foot balcony, private yard, 10 x 12 square foot shed and large driveway for up to four vehicles.
