Very large divided condominium built in 2011, very sunny on 3 facades facing south-east, south, south-west.
Fireplace in the living room and exit for BBQ on the balcony with natural gas. Ducts and drain for air conditioning already in place.
2 large bedrooms with possibility of a 3rd bedroom or an office with an open area (Retractable Queen Bed in option), 3 large wardrobes. Lunch counter with central sink perfect for entertaining guests. The open area offers a loft effect.
The two best parallel parking lots of 20 'each can hold 3 cars. They are located near the back entrance. Balcony 8 'x 16'. 1 outside storage.
